We are not looking for "helpers." We are looking for Ambassadors. Because this is an executive gathering, we need volunteers who are sharp, articulate, and professionally dressed.
You are a persuasive communicator. You will assist the team in spreading the word, managing inquiries, and closing ticket sales.
You manage the guest list, hand out name tags, and ensure the VIPs are comfortable.
You ensure the slides run smooth, the mic is crisp, and the "Automation Demo" works without a glitch.
You capture the best quotes, take behind-the-scenes clips, and manage live updates.
You take detailed notes of the sessions to help us create the post-event report.
You turn concepts into visuals. You'll handle social media graphics, presentation decks, and branding assets.
Rock & Arck is built on structure. We require your presence at these key dates.
